Managing Samui has developed wide-ranging skills in Property and Human Resource Management working with leading resorts and many Villa owners around Koh Samui. Our business is dominated by multi-service property management contracts that cover a whole host of requirements. Typically, these could include everything from cleaning to chauffer services, and maintenance to building management: in fact, any activity that is a non-core activity within the company and people we work with.

Managing Samui has a unique approach to Property and Human Resource Management, directly employed Managing Samui operational staff, strong focus on customer satisfaction and emphasis on good management; bringing together all aspects of service delivery. Managing Samui also has the ability to provide numerous “Integrated Services” to complement traditional contracts. These range from the provision of Business Process Outsourcing to operational and Audio Visual services.

Unlike some Property Management companies that purely act as managing agents and sub-contract most activities, Managing Samui look to self perform as many of the tasks as possible. We have a policy of cross-training and multi-skilling our staff.
